Seneca Golf Course

(502) 458-9298
Seneca website

Rated the sixth-toughest course in Kentucky and voted “Best of Louisville” for several years running. This hilly course rolls through beautiful Seneca Park, with Beargrass Creek winding its way among the numerous trees and fairways that are being converted from rye to zoysia grass. Seneca has hosted numerous national events. Gary Player, with the most titles of any golfer, won his first American tournament here (1958 Derby City Open). This is one of the most heavily-used courses in the city. Seneca boasts a fantastic chipping green and driving range.

The First Tee of Louisville Seneca Youth Golf Course is now being constructed at Seneca Golf Course and will be completed in the next couple of months. We would like to give thanks to the UPS Foundation and Councilman Brent Ackerman for their generous donations to help build the Seneca Youth Golf Course

Bobby Nichols website

This beautiful 9-hole course is named for Louisvillian and PGA professional Bobby Nichols. It has rolling terrain with tree-lined fairways and large, bunkered greens. The course tests your proficiency with irons and rewards a straight tee shot (as Nichols Creek is in play on eight holes).

Long Run Golf Course

(502) 245-9015
Long Run website

Let the open, flat, average-distanced front nine serve as your warm-up for this fantastic course.  Once you make the turn to the back nine, you’ll be ready for the tighter, tree-lined, hilly terrain.  This course is fun and challenging as shot selection is important on the two double dogleg par fives.  The adjacent Long Run Park has a fishing lake, playground, tennis courts and horseback riding trails so that the whole family can have fun.  After having a great day on the course enjoy a cold beverage on the front porch under an umbrella and watch other groups putt out on the #9 green!!
