5th Annual Slyder Cup Golf Scramble - May 19, 2012

The duPont Manual Boys' Golf Booster Club, along with White Castle, the title sponsor, are please to announce that they will be hosting the 5th Annual Slyder Cup Golf Scramble on Saturday, May 19, at Shawnee Golf Course with a 1:30 shotgun start, a silent auction and dinner.

The proceeds from th...is event will benefit young golfers of all ages throughout the community as they are raising funds for not only the Manual Boys' Golf Team, but also for The First Tee of Louisville. The local chapter of The First Tee, a national PGA program that promotes positive values through the game of golf, has been teaching golf and life skills to youths in our area since its inception here in February 2005. This year they are incorporating a used golf equipment drive into the event to collect golf items to donate to The First Tee of Louisville.
